EARLY ACCESS
Meet Zuka.Banking by message.
Tell Zuka what you need in everyday language.
Review the details, approve, and move on.
The examples show Zuka checking a balance, confirming a bank transfer before sending it, and confirming an airtime purchase before completing it.
A messagebecomes an action.
One simple request moves from words to a secure,
clearly confirmed banking action.
First, you send Zuka a message. Zuka prepares the banking action and shows the complete details for approval. After you confirm, Zuka returns a clear transfer receipt.

Safety
Sensitive details stay out of ordinary chat.
WhatsApp is where you start, review, return and receive status. When Zuka needs structured or sensitive setup details, it opens a short-lived secure form linked to your conversation.
- 01Secure setup
BVN, address, email and PIN details belong in a short-lived secure form, not ordinary chat.
- 02Deliberate approval
Important actions show the material details and give you a clear way to confirm or stop.
- 03Honest status
Zuka distinguishes completed, processing, failed and unknown results instead of guessing.
Never share your PIN with anyone, including Zuka support.

Zuka’s business experience is being designed around the work that begins after a customer says, “I have paid” — matching payments, spotting gaps, following up, and closing the day with a clearer picture.
Frequently asked questions
Good money products answer the hard questions.
Here is what Zuka can say clearly today — what the product is, how setup works, and what you should never share in chat.
01What is Zuka?
Zuka is your money assistant on WhatsApp. It helps you understand and act on your money through clear, controlled conversations.
02Is Zuka a bank?
No. Zuka is a financial-technology product operated by Zuka Solutions Limited. Account and payment services are provided through financial partners, and the relevant provider terms are shown where required.
03Is Zuka available now?
Zuka is opening gradually through early access in Nigeria. Access, services and limits can be restricted while the product is tested and expanded.
04Do I need another app?
You do not need a new banking app. The main interaction happens in WhatsApp. A secure web form is used when Zuka needs structured or sensitive setup details.
05Why does account setup open a secure form?
The form keeps sensitive and high-density details out of ordinary chat. It opens from a short-lived link tied to your Zuka conversation and returns you to WhatsApp when the step is complete.
06What do I need to open a Zuka account?
The current setup can require your legal name, date of birth, gender, residential address, email, 11-digit BVN, a 4-digit PIN, and acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Notice.
07Should I send my BVN or PIN in WhatsApp?
No. Do not send your BVN, PIN or verification code as ordinary chat. Enter requested sensitive details only in the secure form. Never share your PIN with anyone, including Zuka support.
08How are money actions approved?
Zuka shows important details such as the amount, recipient, bank, masked destination, fee and total. You then choose a clear confirm or cancel action. A typed request or matched button is not authorization by itself.
09What happens if a transfer status is unclear?
Zuka should say when it cannot confirm the status instead of guessing. Do not send the transfer again while the result is being checked; use the next safe action shown in the conversation.
10How will fees and limits work?
Where a fee applies and Zuka knows it, the amount and total are shown before you confirm. Limits and availability can depend on onboarding, partner requirements and the early-access rollout.
11Is Zuka for small businesses?
Zuka is being designed for everyday users and small businesses. Business tools are in development; the preview on this site shows the direction, not live functionality.
12How do I contact Zuka?
Use the WhatsApp contact on this site or email hello@getzuka.co. Never include your PIN, verification code or full BVN in a support message.
